Professional Skills:
With 25 years of experience in the field of holistic health, I have accumulated quite an array of skills: I am certified sand-play therapist with training in art-therapy; I have studied many different modalities of bodywork, body-oriented psychology, trauma-resolution and communication skills.
I have been practicing and teaching Authentic Movement since 1987 and have more recently added training as wilderness and vision quest guide, sound-healing and various forms of dance to my repertoire.
I am currently writing a book entitled “Moving Beyond Loss” which explores using grief and loss as a gateway to spiritual awakening and accessing our deeper life/soul purpose.
I teach classes in the United States and Germany in Ortho-Bionomy, Massage, Authentic Movement, Communication Skills, Discovering One’s Life Purpose, Successfully Working through Grief and Loss and The Resolution of Trauma.
